Podcast Instructions

On the left you are linking to ZIP files. In the ZIP files are all the mv4 files that you'll add to your iTunes library.

Step 1: Right click on the links and do a "save file as". Now navigate to a place where you want to save the ZIP folder and you'll be able to find it. Hit "save" and let it download the ZIP folder.

Step 2: Locate that ZIP folder and double click on it. Most computers have a ZIP folder opener and your ZIP folder should open. Now that the ZIP folder is open the mv4 and/or the mp3 files should be there. You're halfway there.

Step 3: Open you iTunes program. Do a "File > Add to Library" - navigate to the files from the ZIP folder you just opened and hit "Add" and let it do it's thing. Now you have the video and/or audio files in your iTunes library. And you can listen and/or watch the files right with your iTunes.

Step 4: If you have an iPod you know this part already. Drag the files from your iTunes library onto you iPod and now you can take this music where you'd like to go. Enjoy.
